It has a variety of isolation equipment, free weight, and smith machines that can help with other compound-style lifts. I gained a lot of size and strength working out there so far. However, some older ones that had equipment before bans went into effect were allowed to keep them, and some managers don't care about banned exercises.

Its quiet (almost too quiet lol) and depending on what you're looking for can fill the void although from my experience the equipment isnt a huge step up from Planet. WebPlanet fitness is fine if they have all the equipment you need. There’s one much closer to my house than the independent gym I go to, but their dumbbells only go up to 70 and they don’t have any barbells. That kills it for me.
