WebI mostly agree with your assessment, except I didn’t change visually. I did the Chloe Ting 2 week shred too and I followed it closely alongside my CICO practice. I didn’t notice any physical difference externally in two weeks, however I did notice increased strength and stamina from the first day to the last!
