I'd skip the Y8 ecu though and go with a P28 and an OBD1 conversion harness. It will only cost a little more in the end since although the P2P Y8 ecu is cheaper to buy, you also need a knock sensor. To do your mini-me swap, there are 3 ways to do with. 1 is to: Get y8 head. Get a complete 5spd y8 IM. get a complete D16y8 engine harness for your car (which in your case OBD2a) Get a OBD2a p2p ecu. -only problem here, you will get a check engine light for no knock sensor. 2 is to: Get a y8 head.
