After having to pay 3 core return fees I decided to just live with the 2-3 harsh shifts and let up on the accelerator. I have read here that there is a fix for this and it maybe the springs from a transgo kit.

Generally if you have a sensor problem, it will cause the trans to shift high and hard. The exception is if the FIPL sensor is adjusted too low.
