WebJun 12, 2024 · Export rights, unless I am wrong, can now be determined in the .pbi file options settings, admin tenant settings, as well as data set permissions. Make sure that all of these allow for users to export. RLS will still apply to anyone with build rights, or exporting data, regardless of where it says they can export data.
