If I try to run command to register/unregister w32tm my access is denied. (Again, running cmd as admin) I have tried a manual sync in settings, and I have the options for auto sync enabled. Synchronize was greyed out until I enabled video track 1 (I actually enabled all video and audio tracks so I don't know if I needed all or just track 1, but I got it to work either way).
