Optical and electrical properties
WebSep 21, 2024 · Optical and electrical properties of MoSe 2 monolayer transferred to graphene/SiC substrate are studied by scanning probe microscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. By Kelvin probe microscopy it was measured a work function of the MoSe 2 monolayer (4.3 eV) and it was revealed the n-type of doping. WebOptical Properties of Colloids Tyndall’s effect is defined as the phenomenon in which light is scattered by the colloidal particles. The light is absorbed by the particles present in the solution. Once the light is absorbed a part of the light gets scattered in all directions. The result of scattering exhibits this effect.
